RETURNS: IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If for ANY reason you are unhappy with your received item, please notify customer service at (256) 247-0566 or email@example.com within 7 business days of receipt of package to obtain an RMA number and instructions for return. We will also provide you with a proper address to return your product. Sending your item to the mailing address for our company will delay processing of your return or cause it to be returned without processing. Please contact customer service for all the correct information needed. Follow instructions that you will receive via email and return your item for one of the following resolutions:
1. If the return is due to receipt of a damaged item we will replace the damaged item and ship to you at our expense. A return shipping label will be provided for your convenience, but it must be used within 3 business days or label will be void and return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
2. If the return is due to fault of our company - wrong item sent, etc. - we will replace the item with the proper item and ship back to you at our expense. A return shipping label will be provided for your convenience, but must be used within 3 business days or label will be void and return costs will be your responsibility. If you wish a different item for replacement the price difference and shipping will be your responsibility.
3. If the return is due to your dissatisfaction of the received item then we will accept the item back for a store credit of the purchase price of the item or an exchange for the product of your choice. The shipping of the item is not included in the store credit and a 15% restock fee applies to the returned item. NO CASH REFUNDS GIVEN ON THESE RETURNS. The return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and Factory Direct Purses assumes no responsibility for shipping costs for these returns. The price difference, if any, for the replacement and shipping back is the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions to return policy
1. Monogrammed items. Any item that is personalized as instructed by customer is not returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS! Instructions must be provided in the customer comment section or in an email. No verbal instructions will be accepted. No item will be monogrammed until proper instructions are received in writing.
2. Special Orders - Items ordered in a large quantity are not accepted for returns. Example: Weddings, Organizations or large meetings that require gifts or favors in large numbers. We do not accept returns for left over merchandise on any special ordered items.
3. Used Merchandise - All returned items MUST be received in a new and unused condition with ALL original packaging and wrapping. All hang tags MUST be intact. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN USED OR RETURNED IN A CONDITION THAT PREVENTS THE ITEM FROM RESTOCKING.
4. Delayed Returns - No RMA numbers will be issued after the 7 business day time frame. PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR MERCHANDISE FOR DAMAGES UPON RECEIPT REGARDLESS OF DATE TO BE USED!!
5. Odor Damage – Factory Direct Purses and Accessories, LLC is a non smoking establishment. Alabama state law prohibits the sale of items within a smoking business and smoking is illegal in a public business unless a smoking area is provided separate from the merchandise to be sold. Therefore, we do not accept returned products that have a smoke odor. If the item arrives with a smoke odor it will be returned and not processed! There is absolutely NO EXCEPTION to this policy! This is in compliance with the Alabama State Law Title 22, Chapter 15a of the Alabama Code is known and may be cited as the “Alabama Clean Indoor Air Act.”[i]
6. Clearance Merchandise – Items marked clearance, reduced, close out, sale or final markdown are sold as is and excluded from any exchange or return policies. No returns accepted for any reasons. NO EXCEPTIONS! Items sold under special offers or with a clearance coupon will not be accepted for return.
7. International Orders - We happily use the same exchange policies on International orders, but the return shipping and the shipping of the new product is the responsibility of the consumer. We do not pay for shipping for any circumstance on International orders.
8. Drop Shipping Orders - We do not accept returns on drop shipped orders. You must make your own return policies with your customers and honor them. We do not accept returned items once they are shipped. You purchased the products as a business and the responsibility is yours to accept returns or not. We are simply your supplier and we do not accept returns on reduced merchandise that has been drop shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS.

RESTOCKING/CANCELLATION FEE APPLIES TO THE FOLLOWING:
ALL RETURNS THAT ARE NON FAULT OF FACTORY DIRECT PURSES AND ACCESSORIES, LLC.
ALL CANCELLED ORDERS. ONCE THE ORDER IS ENTERED INTO OUR SYSTEM IT BECOMES ACTIVE AND IF CANCELLED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES.
ALL REFUSED PACKAGES THAT ARE RETURNED TO FACTORY DIRECT PURSES AND ACCESSORIES, LLC. REFUND WILL REFLECT FEE.
Customer is and will be held responsible for any expense that occurs due to a cancelled or refused order. Refund will reflect undue expense. This includes, but not limited to the following, processing fees for original transaction and/or refund, shipping for the original order and return fees if any, and restock for returned merchandise. Cancelled or refused orders are also subject to a restocking fee of the returned merchandise.
