All wholesale accounts must be set up through customer service. You must email your information to factorydirectpurses@yahoo.com or fax to (888) 858-0446.

We need the Business name, Contact Information - Owner or Manager, and a copy of your state sales tax license or state sellers permit. We must have a sales tax ID number and copy of license before we can register you as a legimate business. This is not your Federal FIN Number nor your local business license/permit - we need your STATE Sales Tax License that makes you tax exempt. In some states this may be called a SELLERS PERMIT. We will not open the account on simply the information being sent - we need a hard copy as proof of business ownership and eligability to purchase wholesale. Please include your email contact with this information as all wholesale information will be sent via email!

We only wholesale to customers who intend to use merchandise for resale and not customers who wish to purchase for personal use. Therefore, we do not accept tax numbers from anyone other than the person/person's it is registered to. Orders must be placed in the company name and shipped to the company and/or individual listed on the sales tax license. No exceptions.

Upon receipt of the needed information customer service will issue you the necessary information to purchase at reduced prices.

Keep in mind that we are NOT a wholesale business nor an importer. We offer business discounts by request ONLY as a service. We give business customers who wish to establish a business account with our company a 25% discount on prices you see listed.

There is a minimum purchase required in order to use this service. The coupon code given to customers will not work if purchase is less than required amount.

Taxes that are charged on Alabama wholesale customers will be credited back to the pay method prior to shipping. The system is set to charge taxes automatically and will be required to be adjusted manually. Please do not be concerned with your tax charges. They will be reversed.

No coupon codes or promotional offers other than the wholesale code issued for purchase will apply to wholesale orders. NO EXCEPTIONS. Discount code is not valid on clearance or reduced merchandise. Prices are at rock bottom already and we do not honor any further discounts. Wholesale code given for business customers MUST be entered into the box at check out to receive discount. Codes can not be adjusted once order is placed. All cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation fee of 25%.

Orders are filled as they are received and are subject to availability. Wholesale orders are not placed ahead of regular customer orders. They are filled in the exact order as they are received into our system.

Factory Direct Purses and Accessories maintains regular customers, we do travel and trade shows, we operate and maintain an ebay business as well as two seperate websites. It is possible for items to become unavailable after order has been placed. Even though it showed in stock upon placing order. Inventory counts can be off by walk in sales or sudden decrease in stock due to demand. We will try to fill your order, but sometimes substituations are required to completely fill your order. No substitutions are made without prior approval of the customer.

You will be notified of any back ordered items via notice attached to your invoice or included in your order. If item is back ordered this means it is still available and will be supplied to you within 30 days and shipped at our expense. If item is unavailable a credit is given and item is not considered back ordered.

We do not issue cash refunds for back ordered, out of stock, sold out or discontinued items. All refunds are issued in the form of store credit for a future purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS.

No returns accepted on wholesale items - replacements offered on damaged items upon return within 7 business days. Contact customer service for RMA on all returns. No cash refunds on any wholesale return for damages.

Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 am until 6:00 pm CST. We are closed all day Saturday and Sunday due to business travel.

We observe the following holidays: New Year Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We are also closed 2 weeks per year for vacation/market - to be announced prior to closing - and a week at years end for inventory.
NOTE: WE ARE NOT A WHOLESALE BUSINESS - WE SELL TO EVERYONE AND THEREFORE WE DO NOT OPERATE A SEPERATE WEBSITE WITH DIFFERENT PRICES. WE ONLY OFFER A DISCOUNT TO BUSINESS CUSTOMERS AS A SERVICE DUE TO REQUESTS BY CUSTOMERS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW ALL REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO SUBMITTING ORDERS. THANK YOU.
